Dining at Abrazos combines the best of Caribbean cuisine, local and seasonal ingredients, with the Michelin star experienced Chef’s ability to distill the unique tropical flavours and refining the recipes in previously unseen ways.

The main restaurant offers a fresh farm-to-table cuisine using organic vegetables and spices grown in the villa’s own garden in the neighboring property as well as its farm on the mainland.

Our Chefs

Our chefs come from Europe, Asia, and the US, have led and worked in more than half a dozen Michelin starred kitchens, and collaborate with local talent to achieve the best of both worlds.

Bar & Brasserie

For more casual dining, we also serve light food and cocktails in our bar, as well as the brasserie on the pier.
